Student / Midwife Birth Log

Happy Tuesday, community!Here's a quick Excel resource for students, nurses, midwives, medical students, residents, etc. that specifically calls out birth skills for your own documenting, as well as data to advertise to potential employers. This would include: number of successful VBACs, number and types of repairs, collaboration and transfer with physicians for repeat cesareans or operative vaginal deliveries, etc... Does something like this already exist? Or do you have feedback on how to improve this one?
