Break the Chain

Were you all participants or observers to any One Billion Rising events last week? Eve Ensler and her crew are so freaking cool. This morning I was looking for some fun things to distract me from what should have been a workout with Jillian Michaels, and I ended up watching a bunch of Break the Chain videos, and crying my eyes out in happiness over the connectedness of women across this world. Here's a snippet of the awesome power of this project. There's incredible value in hearing the words of the song repeated, in watching women in so many different regions dance to the same routine, and to witness the passion involved in this work. Beautiful.
